Stay in the selected Comfort, Deluxe or Premium category on the booked room-sharing / occupancy basis. Exact hotel, guest-house or camp names are subject to availability and are confirmed in the final service voucher.

Transport

AC transport for transfers and sightseeing as per the published itinerary. Vehicle type is assigned according to route, group size and operational suitability. Any customer-selected vehicle upgrade is charged separately.

Pickup & drop

Pickup and drop: Leh Airport / Leh hotel as per the booked arrival and departure schedule.

Permits / documents

Carry valid government-issued photo identification. Passport and additional protected/restricted-area permissions may be required depending on nationality and route. Permit or government fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Child policy+

Infant 0–5 years: complimentary package rate without a separate bed
Child 6–11 years with bed: 75% of the selected adult package rate
Child 6–11 years without bed: 60% of the selected adult package rate
Guest aged 12 years and above: adult pricing applies
Room occupancy and child accommodation remain subject to the selected hotel/camp policy

Cancellation & refund+

Cancellation and refund are governed by the published Cancellation/Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions accepted at checkout. Any component specifically marked non-refundable remains subject to that condition.

Ladakh is a high-altitude destination. The itinerary keeps the opening days comparatively lighter where practical.
Mountain roads, passes, sightseeing order and overnight halts can change because of weather, traffic, local authority instructions, road status or safety considerations.
Remote sectors are subject to operational road access and applicable permissions.
Travel only on permitted roads and follow local environmental and wildlife-protection instructions.
Hotel/camp allocation is subject to availability within the booked category.
